The creative and interactive course inspires and guides you through connecting with some of our favourite flowers and precious vegetables. On this journey, you will also learn why and how the cultural and artistic elements of gardening can be transformative to health.

11.15-13.00:Practical demonstrations including seed sowing and activities related to some of our favourite seasonal flowers and vegetables. Delegates will sow seeds and learn about germination. Includes a 10-minute coffee break
