Therapeutic Horticulture is a broad subject with artistic and cultural elements that can help guide group therapy for all ages. This course is designed to develop your creative abilities and will give you the confidence to start using gardening activities for your group work and your well-being.
No gardening experience is necessary but some knowledge of group therapy would be useful.
This course uses evidenced based practical and creative activities that will help you gain insight into the psychological and historical relationship we have with plants.
